Since opening the farm, we have practiced the Kimura method of cultivation, which does not use any pesticides or fertilizers. New and young employees play a central role in the cultivation and maintenance of the farm. As a hotel that provides nutrition education and food, we would like to offer opportunities to get closer to producers and learn about food safety and its importance, as well as the joys and difficulties of agriculture.
